We don’t try to decide the skill level of our writers all by ourselves. We let you, the clients, determine their skill levels by the ratings you give them.
Using our proprietary gamification algorithm, writers move up or down through four Quality Levels based on real client ratings. Writers who perform well for multiple clients will slowly move up to Quality Level 3 and, after staff review, to Quality Level 4.
Writers who perform poorly quickly drop to the bottom Quality Levels and are eventually removed from the marketplace if their performance does not improve.
